Sift flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt together in a large bowl.
In another bowl add the egg. Whisk egg with a fork until consistency is even. Then add the milk, room-temperature melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well!
Add the sprinkles to the batter and mix. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, using a 1/4 cup.
When you see bubbles on the surface, then it's time to flip the pancake. When the other side becomes slightly brown, your pancake is ready.
