Butter
Melt butter and set it aside to cool to room temperature. Put all the ingredients for the batter into a blender and blend until the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and coat the bottom of the pan with the crepe batter.
Cook the crepe for about 2 minutes or until the crepe releases from the pan and the edges start to brown. Then flip the crepe and cook the other side for another minute.
