In a clean, dry bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking soda, and baking powder.
In another bowl, whisk the buttermilk, vanilla extract, egg, melted butter, and sugar together. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Add the blueberries to the batter and mix. Heat a lightly oiled pan over medium-high heat. Scoop the batter onto the pan, using a 1/4 cup.
When you see bubbles on the surface, then it's time to flip the pancake. When the other side becomes slightly brown, your pancake is ready.
