Spread a layer of Nutella onto half of the pastry. Fold the sheet in half over itself and gently roll them together with the rolling pin.
Using a sharp knife, slice the pastry into 1/2-inch or wider strips. Gently twist the ends of each strip in opposite directions to form a spiral effect.
Mix the water and egg using a fork until combined. Brush Nutella twists with egg wash. Bake in preheated oven(400°F) until it turns golden brown.
