Whisk sifted flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda together. Mix sugar and egg until creamy. Add the melted butter and mix well.
Add mashed bananas, cinnamon, and vanilla extract and mix until thoroughly combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and gently stir until just combined.
Fold the walnuts and raisins into the mixture. Then pour the batter into a 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
