In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seed, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. In a bowl, mash blackberries with a fork.
Stir in a splash of maple syrup to taste. Spoon the blackberries into the bottom of the jars and top with the oats mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
