In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seed, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. In a bowl, mash blackberries with a fork.

Stir in a splash of maple syrup to taste. Spoon the blackberries into the bottom of the jars and top with the oats mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Serve with extra fresh or frozen blackberries, sliced bananas, and crushed walnuts.
