What You Will Need

– 2 cups all-purpose flour – 1 cup overripe bananas (about 3 medium bananas), mashed – 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted and cooled – 2/3 cup Nutella  – 1/2 cup Greek yogurt – 2 large eggs – 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1/2 cup brown sugar – 1/4 cup granulated sugar – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon baking soda


Preheat the oven to 325°F. Grease a loaf pan and line it with parchment paper. Stir together melted butter with sugars until well combined.


Add in mashed bananas, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract and mix until everything is well combined. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt.


Gently fold in dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Microwave Nutella for 10-20 seconds. It should be soft and runny.


Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Dollop half of the softened Nutella  over the batter. Gently swirl with a knife or spatula.


Dollop the remaining Nutella over the batter and swirl again.  Bake for 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Super-soft and moist banana bread swirled with Nutella.
