In a medium bowl, mix the rolled oats, milk, greek yogurt, maple syrup, chia seed, and Peanut butter.
Mix the ingredients thoroughly.
Stir in the chocolate chips and mix well. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and refrigerate overnight.
Serve with sliced bananas, chocolate chips, and drizzle with extra peanut butter if desired.
