Ingredients

  • FOR BROWN SUGAR SYRUP:
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1-2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/4 cup fresh ginger, peeled and finely chopped
  • FOR APPLE CIDER MOCKTAIL:
  • 2 cups apple cider, unsweetened
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar syrup
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup plain sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Apple slices and cinnamon sticks for garnish
  • Extra Brown sugar and orange juice for sugar rim

Instructions

Step 1
