How to Make This Jam?
- Rinse blueberries carefully with cold water.
- If the blueberries are fresh and firm, mash them with a masher.
- Pour blueberries and sugar into a pot then add water and bring to boil over low heat.
- Add lemon juice and let it boil for another 10 minutes.
- Remove from the heat when the jam thickens.
- It takes about 30 to 45 minutes for your jam to be ready. Of course, this also depends on the quality of the blueberries.
- Pour the jam into sterilized containers, close tightly. Store it in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
