About This Recipe

Do you mostly avoid ice cream because of its sugar and fat content? As an ice cream lover, I was always looking for a healthier alternative to this frozen deliciousness. Frozen yogurt is lighter and healthier than ice cream with a slightly tangy and sweet flavor.  There are no fancy ingredients or equipment needed to make frozen, you’ll have most of it in your kitchen already! Just like ice cream, which is flavored with different additives, you can make frozen yogurt in different flavors. This cookies and cream frozen yogurt recipe is so easy to make with lots of cookie crumbs in every mouthful.
