  • Wash the mangoes thoroughly to remove any dirt. Using a sharp knife cut the sides of the mango off. Peel mango pieces and chop them.
  • Place the chopped mangoes into the blender jug and blend until smooth. If you prefer a smooth juice, strain it through a sieve to remove any pulp.
  • In a shaker or pitcher, gently muddle mint leaves with lime juice. Pour the mango juice into the pitcher. Add ice and top with Sprite and stir well.
  • Sprite is already sweet, so adding other sweeteners like sugar or simple syrup may make the mocktail overly sweet for some people.
