  • Honeydew melon: Select a ripe and fragrant honeydew melon to make this mocktail.

  • Fresh mint leaves: Mint leaves are commonly used as a flavoring or garnish in various drink recipes due to their cooling and refreshing nature.

How To Pick a Ripe Honeydew Melon?

It has always been difficult to pick out a sweet and red watermelon, ripe honeydew melon, and sweet honeydew melon for me. 🙄 Considering a few points, it is safer to buy these fruits.  As for honeydew, its peak season is between June and October. Look for a honeydew melon with yellow veins (close to green or creamy yellow) running across the rind.

Remember that these veins should not be completely green. If you come across a part of the honeydew that is lighter than the rest of the skin and has no veins, do not leave it aside. This means that part of the honeydew was on the ground. Look at the skin of the honeydew melon well to see if it is black or damaged. The honeydew you want to buy should smell good and sweet.
