  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (adjust according to your preference)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
