  • Strawberries
  • Oranges
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Sugar
  • Orange juice
  • Fresh mint leaves

 

How to Make Strawberry Orange Fruit Salad

  • Hull and cut strawberries in quarters. Place strawberries in a large bowl.
  • After cutting the orange rind, slice off the top and bottom of the orange with a sharp knife. Separate the white pith completely from the orange itself.
  • Run the knife right alongside the membranes and just cut out the segments. Do this all the way around the orange and cut out all the segments. Add orange segments to the bowl.
  • Tear the mint leaves into smaller pieces using your hands or a knife.
  • Squeeze the juice from the orange membranes into another bowl.
  • Add lemon juice and sugar to the orange juice and whisk until combined.
  • Pour the citrus dressing over the fruit in the large bowl and gently toss until all the fruit is coated evenly. Serve and enjoy!

  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • 2 large oranges
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • Leaves from 1-mint sprig
