- Strawberries
- Oranges
- Fresh lemon juice
- Sugar
- Fresh mint leaves

Ingredients
- 1 pound strawberries
- 4 oranges
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- Leaves from 4-mint sprigs
Instructions
Step 1
Hull and cut strawberries in quarters. Place strawberries in a large bowl.
Step 2
After cutting the orange rind, slice off the top and bottom of the orange with a sharp knife. Separate the white pith completely from the orange itself.
Step 3
Run the knife right alongside the membranes and just cut out the segments. Do this all the way around the orange and cut out all the segments. Add orange segments to the bowl.
Step 4
Squeeze the juice from the orange membranes into another bowl.
Step 5
Add lemon juice and sugar to the orange juice and whisk until combined.
Step 6
Top salad with dressing and chopped fresh mint leaves and toss gently until combined.
