- Next, add the egg to the potato bowl and mix well. Now the batter is ready and then you need to fry it, put a pan on medium heat.
- Pour some oil into the pan and allow the oil to heat up. Drop in a small spoonful of batter; if it sizzles in the oil, the pan is ready. Make small round shape patties or spoon the potato mixture into the oil.
- Fry potato patties on both sides until golden brown. Serve with tomatoes, pickles, and bread.
How to Bake Kookoo Sibzamini in Oven?
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a mold with a little oil then pour the potato mixture into the mold. Be sure to cover the mold with aluminum foil.
